You can delete all messages from a certain user. To do so go to the "Message Center" section, check the message, and delete. It's impossible to delete messages received from Technical Support.
Go to the section "Message Center" and press "Edit" next to that folder which you want to delete, then choose "Delete folder". Be aware that once you delete a folder, you lose all correspondence and contacts that were held in the folder. You will not be able to restore them.
In order to move a user and his or her messages (Shipping Requests, Company Messages, Shipping Rates, Trucks, Ships, etc), go to the "Message Center" section and check this user's box. Then choose the folder to which you want to move this user: to "My favorites" or another folder that you have created yourself.
Our service has made a system whereby messages don't go "outside" the service, and are kept in each user's personal section "Message Center". There is a number of advantages to this type of correspondence. First of all, there is no "junk" mail: nobody can learn your e-mail address without you telling them, and nobody will bother you since your address is not freely available. Secondly, all correspondence is held on the network rather than in a local mail program, thus you can read your correspondence from any computer that is connected to the Internet. Thirdly, your correspondence is strictly confidential: nobody besides the user has access to the messages. But you also can send a message to user's email from his personal page. Phone number is available according to tariff plan that you have chosen.
It's possible that a different person with access to your computer used your account. In order to avoid such situations press "Sign Out" each time when you finish your work, and do not check the "Remember my password" box when logging in on someone else's computer.
Yes, this is possible, for example if you closed the window with the message before it was sent. This is easy to check: if the message wasn't sent then it won't be held in your correspondence with this user.
In the section "Message Center" open your correspondence with the needed user. There is an "envelope" icon next to each message. A green envelope is for your message, while a yellow envelope is for the messages of the person you are corresponding with. An open envelope means the message has been read, while a closed envelope means it hasn't been read.
You can turn notification by e-mail of new messages on or off in the section "Account settings". This option is turned on by default.
Go to the section "Message Center" and then click on that folder which has the user you are interested in. All messages go to the following sections: "My" and "Others" according to type of messages. To the right you can see a link to the user's page and a link to your correspondence with this user.
An answer from the page owner, just like all other messages, will come to your personal section "Message Center". You can manage your messages from any computer which is connected to the Internet.
The user will receive e-mail notification that he or she has received a new message in the section "Message Center".
If you have a Paid Tariff Plan you can send a message to all users. To do so you simply have to log in and choose the link "Write a message" on the page of the user who interests you.
You can't change your page's address.
In order to change your name, go to "My profile" in the "Account Settings" section. Make sure to press the "save" key after making your changes.
In order to restore your password choose "Sign In" on the first page of the site, then go on the "Forgot your password?" link. Write your e-mail address in the page which you registered on. You will be sent a letter to your e-mail address with instructions on what to do.
To create your own page in the system, press the "Registration" key on the main page of the site and follow the instructions.
If you get a server error when putting your photograph on your page, then most likely you are trying to download a photograph in an unacceptable format, or the size of your file exceeds the allowable size limit of 2 Mb. In this case you have to decrease the size of the photograph, or put it in an acceptable format: gif, jpeg, tiff, bmp or png. If you see a grey field instead of your downloaded photograph, then there was most likely a breach in your Internet connection. In this case you should delete the grey photograph and try again to download the photograph you want.
Press the "Delete" key in the "Account Settings"
You don't have to fill in all fields: answer only those questions, the answers to which you want to publish on your page. You don't have to simply fill in fields automatically; you can also write about yourself in your own words. Your chances of attracting attention directly depend on how unconventional your page looks.
You can change your personal information, including your name and company details, in the section "Account Settings"
You can view your registration information by clicking on your name on the top of the site.
You can change your password one in the section "Account Settings" - "Change Password".
It's possible that other users wrote your username or e-mail address by mistake when trying to restore their own passwords, and the letter came to you by mistake. Ignore this letter if you think that it was sent to you by mistake.
Your account and your page are kept for six months from the date of your last visit. You will receive notification by e-mail 1 month before your account is to be deleted. It is enough to visit the site once in a while to keep your account and page on the server.

Net Rate is a basis tariff excluding your profit. This field is filled in and seen only by you. It isn’t obligatory, but can be suitable for you as reminder. Sale Rate is a tariff that you can propose which includes your profit.
If your tariff plan is paid, your rate will be sent out automatically to all shippers from our database according to your direction. If you have free access, your rates will be available only for users with paid tariff plan.
To delete your rate, push "Recycle Bin" at the upper right corner of rate table.
